What data and why

We process the e-mail address, the name if you give it, the subject and content of the request and of later messages, and, if you come from your account in Stacja Obok, the account identifier. We use them only to handle and answer the request.

Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns a contract with us or steps before concluding it; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Recipients

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and database; request data is stored in the EU jurisdiction) and Migadu (e-mail service, Switzerland, a country with an EU adequacy decision), as our processors. Cloudflare may access data from the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

How long

We delete the request with the whole conversation 12 months after the last message or change in it. Copies of the e-mail correspondence in the service mailbox are deleted on the same schedule.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to kontakt@stacjaobok.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
